TITP (Technical Intern Training Program) is an initiative taken by the governments of India and Japan to send Indian Trainees to Japan. This program allows technical intern trainees to acquire the skills of the Japanese industries and work in Japan for a maximum period of 5 years. Training for the first batch of Care workers was provided by NAVIS, one of the leading Language Training and Human Resource service provider in India and Japan. NAVIS is recognized and approved by NSDC (National Skill Development Council) and JITCO (Japan International Training Cooperation Organization).
NAVIS has successfully conducted this training and provided placement assistance to the Care workers under the TITP program. They are ready to travel to Japan during the 1st week of March 2019. These Care workers will work in hospitals and care homes in Japan and are eligible to get stipend as per the Japanese wage norms.
The 1st Batch and staff of Navis met the Consulate General of Japan, Mr. Kojiro Uchiyama and Ms Shimada on 12th Feb 2019, in Chennai, to share their experiences and take advice from him. This is really a proud moment for the students. Mr Kojiro Uchiyama also congratulated the students and the NAVIS staff.
NAVIS is committed at continuing this wonderful journey for the benefit of society and also at building a strong relationship between India and Japan.
